Contributions to the Hubbard for Senate Campaign are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, federal government contractors and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. An individual can contribute as much as $2,500 to the Hubbard for Senate Campaign for the primary election and as much as $2,500 to the general election, for a total of $5,000 per person. By submitting this contribution I confirm the following: 1) I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States. 2) This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another. 3) This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank. 4) I am not a federal contractor. 5) This contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
